My journey with yoga began over a decade ago when I was seeking to find stillness in a chaotic world. What started as a physical practice evolved into a profound path of spiritual and mental awakening.

I believe that yoga is for every body. My approach focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a supportive space where you can reconnect with your true self.
